• You must be 18 years of age to
purchase a ticket.
• You must be 18 years of age to be
at the drawing.
• All internet and mail order
tickets will be filled out and purchaser’s stub will be
mailed out.
• If tickets are available the day
of the event, they will be sold up to 2 p.m.
• Early Bird drawing winners will
be eligible for the Buckeye Bash Drawing, March 14,
2009.
• Each ticket is eligible to win
one prize at the Buckeye Bash Drawing, March14, 2009.
• All unused tickets will be
discarded by the N-Y Athletic Boosters.
• Need not be present to win.
• One number per ticket, only 5,000
tickets will be sold.
• State and Federal taxes,
transfers, registrations and all fees are the
responsibility of the winners.
• The Nelsonville-York Athletic
Boosters or any other person, organizations or business
sponsoring or participating in the Buckeye Bash assures
no liability for any claims for injury or other damages
arising out of attendance at the Buckeye Bash and/or the
possession of any firearms, ATV’s, motorcycles, or
vehicles obtained through this ticket, and by accepting
this ticket, the holder acknowledges that limitation on
liability.
• Only ticket holders, event
security, Buckeye Bash officials, and Buckeye Bash
guests will be admitted for the drawings.
• All Nelsonville-York Athletic
Booster officers and their immediate household family
members are not eligible for this drawing.
• Every winner will be mailed a
list of winning ticket numbers once the drawing is
complete. Nelsonville-York Athletic Buckeye Bash will
take every effort to ensure that the winning numbers
will be posted on our website within 48 hours of the
drawings.
• Buckeye Bash officials reserve
the right to postpone the event if deemed necessary for
any reason. If drawing is held ALL PRIZES WILL BE GIVEN
AWAY.
• All gun winners must claim their
prize at Ohio Valley Trading Center, Nelsonville.
Firearm winners are subject to a background check.
• A ticket holder may bring one
guest at an additional cost of $5.
• Food and soft drink will be
available at the drawing. No food or drink may be
brought in from the outside.
• NO PETS ALLOWED.
• Proper identification including a
photo ID is required before any prize can be awarded.
• All prizes must be claimed by
March 31, 2009. Any unclaimed prizes at that time revert
back to the property of the Nelsonville-York Athletic
Boosters.
• Parking is available on a
first-come basis. Security will be provided. Seating is
limited and on a first-come basis. Some prizes will be
available the day of the drawing. If you are not
present, you will be notified as to where to claim your
prize.
